Booking Conditions1. Booking can be made and must be paid at least 7 days prior to the check in date.2. Until your booking has been paid, it is considered by the hotel as preliminary, and can be cancelled at any moment without notice. 3. Payment can be made only when room availability is confirmed. This confirmation can be done either automatically, where the chosen hotel is a part of the Instant Booking Program, or through additional communication with the hotel by our staff. 4. We will send a confirmation to your email address to let you know that the rooms have been actually booked as requested. Also, additional payment instructions can be sent. 5. You can track the booking/confirmation status online using the Booking Reference Number, which was mentioned in the email message sent to you when the booking request was made. |
